Ault Construction is a single-owner, family-run construction company. Our desire is for owners to have the best and the most enjoyable experience possible on their way to the home of their dreams. One of our top priorities is excellent communication, which will make your home-building project a pleasant one.

    Wayne has been licensed in South Carolina since 1990. He learned his trade hands on, starting on a framing crew and eventually branching out to run his own crew. He worked on small spec homes early on and has gradually increased his skill to where he will build homes on the Lakes of the Upstate, Mountains of the Upstate, or wherever a homeowner wants their dream to be built. The most challenging project to date is a 6,000 sq. ft. custom home with a variety of "green building" features.

    Wayne works attentively to ensure that all of the home's details are just right. It is a compliment to have others say, "You guys do the best work I've seen." People say that because Wayne builds a house as if it were his own.

    Wayne is assisted by his wife, Pam, who handles the "books" and does whatever he needs her to do.  Their son, Daniel, is learning the trade from the ground up.  And their girls, Lamour & Cassia, help with office work, but have been known to be at the site too!
